The Sales and Marketing Director of a major residential developer in Manchester enlisted my help to promote the sale of their prestigious apartments.
As part of a larger campaign, we helped the client with four different apartments. We staged and shot them over the course of a day to include kitchens, bedrooms, hallways, and lounges/dining areas.
The apartments take full advantage of the natural light, and while they didn’t need much help in terms of lighting we did use some minimal secondary fill lights just to highlight all of the beautiful textures found throughout.
the approach
It was particularly important for this assignment to capture the lifestyle vibe of the apartments in this new and exciting development as it is expected to appeal to media personalities and Instagram influencers.
This assignment was shot in RAW format, as always, this allows me to bracket exposure, providing the required flexibility in post production using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
The client was incredibly happy with the shoot and the resulting images, much to my delight.
